In another tactical move, Bushira replaced Hakim as the match progressed, However the team remained low.
Isaac Amutuheire sustained a knock and was replaced by Waibi Charles. The injured players are being attended to by the Medical Team.
A crucial moment In stoppage time saw Busoga United capitalize on a defensive lapse to snatch the winner. ”In moments like that, game management is key. There were different ways to deal with the situation, and we will work on that. It’s part of the learning process, and we will continue improving as a team.”
The head coach also took responsibility for the result, acknowledging that he made mistakes in his selection. ”I hate losing my unbeaten run in this manner. The players know I’m disappointed. This one is on me—I picked the wrong team. I take full responsibility and will make things right.”
Despite the setback, Coach Pritchard remains confident in his squad’s ability to bounce back. ”We are always looking to improve, and I have no doubt we will respond in the right way. The commitment from the players is there, and we are preparing to come back stronger against Arua Hill SC.”
